KUKUP👀? I have never heard of Kukup fish village until my friend brought me there. Kukup, a small and peaceful fish Village built on stilts is located in Pontian District, Johor Malaysia.
For those who love countrysides will love this relaxing and comforting village. If you are looking for a short getaway from the city, this is the place that you are looking for! 

My friend and I went to this village back in 2016. It was my very first time been to Kukup Fishing Village. My eyeball glow when I saw the beautiful scenery of this lovely place. Being to the countryside or fish village is always my dream:). It was a no regret visiting this lovely and peaceful village. Although we didn't stay overnight, however, we still enjoy the few hours spent exploring, walking around and capturing some photos in the village.  After our trip to Legoland, we rushed to Kukup and reached there around evening. We were lucky that we manage to see the sunset from one of the seafood restaurant. The sunset was so amazing and we watch till the golden yellow slowly disappeared from our eyesight.

After a walk around and we took some splendid photos, we notice that our stomach growling! HAHAHA… Therefore, we went to a nearby seafood restaurant (which I did not manage to save the name) to heal our tummy. The seafood was fresh and the foods were superb. It is getting dark and we left Kukup and head back to our hotel in Skudai after our pleasant dinner. Quite a regret that we didn’t manage to have a night here as it was a last minute plan to drop by this place. It was the best place ever when I was in Johor Bahru and will definitely come back again by chances.
